We process personal data for this purpose because it is necessary for the conclusion of a contract between you and us. MUSTHANE cannot conclude contracts without obtaining the required information.

MUSTHANE also processes your personal data for its internal management. We have centralized processing facilities in order to work more efficiently. We conduct audits and investigations, implement business controls and manage and use directories of customers, suppliers and business partners. We also process your personal data for financial and accounting, archiving and insurance purposes, for legal and business consulting and for dispute resolution.

When sending quotations or orders, invoices and other legal documents related to the process of customer/supplier orders, we process personal data for this purpose according to our legitimate interest in the management of the business relationship.

(i) What is this objective?

The relevant staff of Musthane and certain associated companies (such as accountants, lawyers, etc.) have access to your personal data.

When a third party processes your personal data solely in accordance with MUSTHANE’s instructions, it acts as data controller.  We enter into an agreement with such a processor for the processing of personal data.  In this agreement, we have an obligation to ensure that your personal data is processed by the data controller solely for the purpose of providing services to us.

MUSTHANE has taken adequate protective measures to ensure the confidentiality and security of your personal data.
