Fuel Transfer Pump (FTP200)

Purpose and Use of the Fuel Transfer Pump 200 lpm (FTP200):
- Designed, tested and used to transfer jet fuel to aircrafts (NH90, EC 725, EC 665, Mirage…) at a constant flow rate of minimum 10m3/h with a distance of 50m between the pump and the aircraft
- The FPT200 is used for the transfer of the following NATO fuels: F-34, F-35, F-44, XF-43, F-63, XF-63 and F-54
- The FPT200 can be handled by only one operator thanks to its very light weight and ergonomic design
Technical feature and advantages of the FTP200:
- The FTP200 is an aircraft refueling compact pump delivered in a painted aluminum chassis:
- Dimensions: 760mm x 660mm x 480mm
- Weight: 90 Kg
- Three (3) FTP200 jet fuel transfer pumps can be stacked
- Chassis is delivered with 4 handles (2 handles each side) and 2 wheels for being moved by one or 2 operators
- The pump used is a positive displacement pump being able to start with an empty inlet line:
- Pump technology:
– Combination of vane and gear pump thanks to a conchoidal stator with monobloc U shape blades
– Aluminium body
- Main performances of the pump at 20°C:
– Rotation speed: 1400 rpm
– Constant flow rate delivered at 50m hose line DN40: 165 lpm
– Output pressure: up to 8 bars (adjustable with the bypass by the operator for CCR nozzle refueling or Overwing nozzle refueling)
– NPSH: 2 meters
– Maximum distance from the fuel reservoir (tank): 10 meters
– Adjustable bypass in order to reduce the output pressure for helicopter or vehicle refueling
- Engine:
– Driven by the jet fuel transferred
– Piston displacement (cm3): 265
– Continuous output (kw/rpm): 3,7/1800
– Maximum output (kw/rpm): 4,0/1800
– Maximum torque (Nm/rpm): 24,1/1200
– T.O Shaft rotation: counter-clockwise facing P.T.O shaft
– Starting system: recoil starter (manual)
– Sound reduced and flame guard exhaust
– Emergency engine shut off system
– Fuel tank connected to the output line for automatic refilling
- Optional Equipment:
– Integrated cold weather starter (integrated to the chassis)
– Mobile cold weather starter (independent mobile starter (25 kg) with battery and charger included)
– Aviation filtration (integrated in the chassis or in a separate chassis)
– Maintenance and spare part kit (level 1 and level 2)
Exist also in the following flow rates:
24m3/h (400 lpm)
60m3/h (1000 lpm)
80m3/h (1300 lpm)
100 m3/h (1600 lpm)
Fuels Transfer Pumps 200 lpm (12m3/h) provide the following benefits:
- A flow rate of 10m3/h for aircrafts and helicopters located 50 m of distance.
- A flow rate up to 20m3/h can be delivered thanks to the set up kit – connected with 2 units.
- A light and mobile motor-pump which can be moved by one person
