Inflatable fender

An inventor had an idea: building an inflatable fender placed on the boat, to be deployed when activated. This fender somewhat acts like an air bag to be remotely controlled from the navigation station. So far, his partners had found no technical solution to make his idea feasible.

It was just a matter of thinking of it!

Our team offered the inventor to make a full study. In this study all constraints were analysed and the type of material and manufacturing process of products were selected. The product offered by the team is like a smart cylinder that folds up when it is deflated.

And the dream came true.

The study which was conducted enabled the inventor to continue his plan, as he was convinced that it was feasible!
