> Inflatable Plug Packers

Inflatable Plug Packers allow air or water air tightness for connections of sewage systems. The total length of the packer does not affect its introduction into a pipe with a reserve factor because of the jutting in pipe connections.
Tightness tests are very difficult to realize on concrete pipes but the elastomer constituting the packer insures a good tightness on this material in the following conditions:

• Pressure test : 500 mbar of air between plugs
• Test time : 50 seconds
• Maximum pressure lost : 10 mbar

The packer is made of :

• Two torics elastomer plugs
• A metallic hoop
• An eyebolt for towing
• Inflation accessories

Inflatable Plug Packers are brought to their operating site after a video localisation.
Our inflatable packers are used also as following : joint tester, seal tester or pipe sealing system.
