The MUSTstop® Gum H inflatable stoppers are specially designed for public works operations and leak tests. They can be used with any pipe thanks to their specific coating. This coating is resistant to hydrocarbons and most of critical chemical liquids used in common industries.

The MUSTstop® Gum H chemical and gas resistant plugs enable to cover economically a large panel of pipes.

Musthane has developed different type of High Pressure Pipe Plugs aiming to face important back pressure situations and diameters (more than 2000 mm).

Standard flexible and inflatable plugs used in the industrial sector usually withstand back pressures less than 3 bars (often even less than 1 bar). This back pressure is not adapted to most of the use situations in the Oil and Gas industry for example where back pressures are higher and the diameter of the pipes are more important.

The MUSTstop® Gum manhole inflatable seal and stopper are specially designed to make manhole leak tests in any pipe, thanks to their specific coating. They are used as test plugs for manholes.

The MUSTstop® Gum manhole plugs enable to cover a large panel of pipes from diameter 600 mm to diameter 1000 mm.

Inflatable Plug Packers allow air or water air tightness for connections of sewage systems. The total length of the packer does not affect its introduction into a pipe with a reserve factor because of the jutting in pipe connections.
Tightness tests are very difficult to realize on concrete pipes but the elastomer constituting the packer insures a good tightness on this material in the following conditions:

Standard inflatable rubber plugs of circular shape are not suitable to plug oval or ovoid pipes. Indeed, large diameter plugs can not be used in such pipe shapes and in case of small diameter, lifetime of such plug is highly reduced.

As a result, Musthane® developed the MustStop® flexible plug which is perfectly suitable for MODULOVAL or ovoid pipes

MUSTStop® Oil Booms are made of high resistance technical textiles (Neopren/Hypalon, PU, PVC…). They can be used for Oil Spill Containment in different type of areas (sea, beach, lake…). Each oil boom is divided in modules of 10 to 25 meters. These modules are connected together thanks to a universal connection device.
The draft can reach 3 meters in standard and may be even longer for specific uses.
The floating device is inflatable or permanent depending on the type of application.
