MustLift® Buoyancy & Floats are designed according to customer technical specifications. So Musthane® can use its different materials and also its different ways of manufacturing in order to meet required technical specifications.

Our buoyancy units are made of flexible coated fabrics and used for cable laying or pipe laying operations.

Customer issue

Prefabricated concrete blocks used for the construction of a dam had to be lightened due to the distance between the crane and the final location of the blocks.

Successful solution

Musthane realized 4 buoyancy systems equipped with safety valves and inflation extensions.

With a buoyancy of about 3,5 tons each, buoyancies and floats were placed two by two on the sides of the concrete blocks.
Floats were quipped with high tenacity coated fabric and were flexible.
Floats were reusable.
